The LEx series is a high-performance, low-power BLE SoC that supports the Bluetooth 5.0 full protocol stack, SIG mesh and private mesh, and can be applied to scenarios that require a large number of nodes to access smart homes and smart buildings.

• Contains a 32-bit MCU core, clock frequency is adjustable, up to 64MHz;

• 117dBm link gain ensures good signal coverage
• Ultra-low power design, standby current as low as 1.1μA under SRAM and RTC operation;
• Supports various profiles defined by L2CAP, GAP, GATT, SMP and SIG organizations.
• Integrated rich peripherals, including complementary PWM output, capacitive touch interface, high-precision ADC, AES/DES/ECC security unit, high-speed serial port, etc.
